Too many ingredients mixed into really small blends which makes it underdosed in a lot of key areas.

You're better off with mtorc1 or Friction even.

20g scoop for a PWO is a bit much, but I have always enjoyed Shotgun

Just incase you missed it;

As stated before, we utilize the Kjeldahl method for measuring protein content in our preworkouts, which picks up amino acid content as protein. If you look at the most recent label, it lists (in grams) the whole protein content separate from the aminos. Whether or not this whole protein content is enough is up to the individual. Hope that helps!

but like Joe said, it's due to the method...5X's profile is great with or without 20g protein

The protein count FYI is very obviously being done via nitrogen test. So anything and everything that registers on a nitrogen test gets counted as protein on the nutrition label. It was like that with the old Shotgun.

You must got an older one. They are all 300mg a can now. Still hits hard though

I did too... Not as long ago but was 3/27 so about 2 months

I got a tub of the shotgun 5x last month. i know they made some minor changes but its more or less the old shotgun mhf1. good stuff. only issue i've had is that is sucks at mixing (so did the previous shotgun). it foams up like crazy and never settles

12 Gauge and 5X are fairly different products

5X is very close to MHF-1 with a few changes
