been on leangains for 17 months went from 6 foot 212lbs was bod pod 14% to 191 lbs. can see abs without flexing and am most muscular ive ever been but not a single increase in vascularity unless I take some 1,3 dmaa and workout. lift mwf with those 3 days being high cal high carb days and the rest of the weekdays being protein and fat. brutal honest opinion im 191 lbs 7-9% bodyfat now I really want vascularity. any tips? also im following a ppl protocol I found at rippedbody.jp which is 6-8 8-10 10-12 rep ranges rpt style. strong as a MF just not vascularity. what do brahs
