    Physique is on point OP. Lookin lean and aesthetic brah! Measurements looking decent, wouldn't worry too much about the half an inch differences between bodyparts tho.

    Ngl IMO your only weakness is strength. If I was in your shoes, I'd hop on geneswests 5/3/1, gain mostly strength and good quality size which should even out your physique & lifts and gain more size.

    Once I get to 220lbs on gomad & squats, or until it gets the better of me, I'll look into it.

    To be fair I've only just started to think about strength, and now the size will really just be a side effect now I'm looking to put some weight onto my lifts!

    Can't deadlift usually due to home gym in a tiny space where the bar has to stay in the power rack. Rack pulls are as far as it's gunna go, and I don't even like them much.

    Appreciate your advice, by the time I'm 18 hopefully I'll be huge and strong!
