I should hide my join date because everytime someone doesn't recognize me I get this BS. I joined in 11 to learn about calories and cardio because i just got out of high school and didnt want to be fat. I didn't start lifting till may of last year.

You gotta pay your dues. I don't have a super amazing physique, but I ate everything in sight before I cut and I lifted 6 days a week with high intensity if anyone ever seen my old log. Also I don't curl

Would you like to answer a question? If everyone doesn't know I focus on the big 3 along with dips on a straight bar and pull ups, weighted. Also I keto cut for quick results.
