Hey guys,
I just go off a Cut 18% BF to 10%BF
I was debating on doing a 2 month bulk 1lb a week
Then after a slow cut until the end of summer.
I've always done long cycles and was curious if anyone has had decent results from the short of it?
Then of course bulk in winter.

personally no, coming off a cut i've always found it takes a couple of weeks for the momentum to swing back from the deficit.. i'd say countless people experience this where you start eating more calories post cut yet you still maintain or even continue losing fat! classic theory behind re-feeds etc, but i digress.
There's no harm in trying but based on my experiences above youd really only have 5-6 weeks of actual bulking, sure you can potentially make worthwhile gains in that time but i wouldn't go too aggressive with it or you'll just have more fat to lose.My journal http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=5662511
