This will be my first time taking any supplements.
I'm 22, 200 pounds and 6 feet. My goal is fat loss. I need a pre-workout for energy in gym.
1.M.R Vortex or MP Assault - which one should I go for?
Also, if you can also write why you recommended it, it'd be great as I'll learn too.

Is this a serious question? I mean, I get that it depends on what you're looking for in a pre but assault doesn't compare to 1MR. I have tried assault and it did next to nothing for me. Kinda felt I wasted some money. I haven't tried Vortex yet but based on the previous 1MR formulas that worked well for me.....
1MR Vortex is my vote.
Got a tub at home I'm going to try asap. Still on a stim break tho......

So finally I bought Vortex and not Assault.
My experience of VORTEX:
So far I have only taken it twice (2 workouts). I took one scoop every time in a glass of water 20-30 minutes before workout. Before this, I used to take black cup of coffee. I haven't noticed/felt much difference in my energy levels and strength during the workouts as opposed to when I used to take the black coffee. What I have noticed is that I start to feel warmth about after 20 minutes of taking it and I am sweating more than before in the gym (probably because of the warmth I feel). Besides this, I haven't experienced a noticeable difference in my workouts.
To all those who take VORTEX, can you kindly share with me in detail how exactly you feel after taking Vortex?
