1.M.R Vortex or MP Assault - which one should I go for?

This will be my first time taking any supplements.

I'm 22, 200 pounds and 6 feet. My goal is fat loss. I need a pre-workout for energy in gym.

1MR Vortex if the choice is between those two, its good IMO for focus, energy, tunnel vision, and pump. I would also look into

Is this a serious question? I mean, I get that it depends on what you're looking for in a pre but assault doesn't compare to 1MR. I have tried assault and it did next to nothing for me. Kinda felt I wasted some money. I haven't tried Vortex yet but based on the previous 1MR formulas that worked well for me.....

I'd look into ritual or pre-jym those are two awsome pres I wasn't overly Impressed with 1.m.r or assault.

Neither? There's a lot of other great options out there: C4, Katana, Vengeance, Ritual (haven't tried but will), White Flood (OG), Clearshot, and a lot of others

Never used Vortex before, but i can say MP assault does work, bought 3 tubs of that stuff using it for a few months now pretty good

So finally I bought Vortex and not Assault.

My experience of VORTEX:

So far I have only taken it twice (2 workouts). I took one scoop every time in a glass of water 20-30 minutes before workout. Before this, I used to take black cup of coffee. I haven't noticed/felt much difference in my energy levels and strength during the workouts as opposed to when I used to take the black coffee. What I have noticed is that I start to feel warmth about after 20 minutes of taking it and I am sweating more than before in the gym (probably because of the warmth I feel). Besides this, I haven't experienced a noticeable difference in my workouts.

To all those who take VORTEX, can you kindly share with me in detail how exactly you feel after taking Vortex?

Only thing I've tried is c4 and uptake from complete nutrition. Almost out of c4 not sure if I should try this
