    Smile 16 year old back Progression (pictures included)

    Back progression, been working out on and off for about a yea, just started deadlifting a few weeks ago, what do ya think? what is your favorite back workout

    P.s im trying to gain more weight, but i have a really fast metabolism, so its tricky

    Yeah i try to eat all of that! its tough, i usually force it down i try to eat 3.5-4k calories a day, ive gained 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks, which is really good for me, cause i usually gain like 2 pounds a year
