    Talking 2 Year Transformation so far - What do you all think? from skinny

    Hey guys... This is my near 2 year transformation. 1st pic around summer 2012. 2nd pic in April 2014. I had to enlarge the 1st pic hence it is pixelated. I started training and watching my diet closely in 2013. From 67KG to 75KG in about 6 months and maintained that for a bit, then slow bulked up to now. I plan to lean out just a little for the summer to get the abs popping some more then going on even a harder bulk around August.. Let me know what you think so far? Thanks!!

    I am like the you two years ago, but I've been working out for at least one year now. So I don't know how long does it take for me to really "transform"...

    Thanks for the feedback guys! much appreciated! Took this shot after work..I used to have tiny tiny quads so for me this is an improvement but of course they need much more work. Any suggestions on how to make the outer quad sweep bigger aside from hack and front squats let me know.. I usually keep things simple but i'm open to suggestions? As for my lifts i use KG's here in UK... without a spot usually...Bench 120kg (265lbs) x4, ATG back Squat 140kg (310lbs) x10, deadlift 190kg (420lbs) x8. Haven't tried one rep max's yet...

    Nice quad mass and cuts and great lifts for reps, especially after just 2 years. Nothing wrong with your quad sweep IMO
