I'm a 17 year old high school student, I've been working out for a couple months now and I can lift more and I am way stronger but I still have a chubbier looking body. I eat good I pack a healthy lunch to school and I also have Gym and fitness but like I said theres still that chubbiness I wanna get rid of.
Is there a certain workout I can do that will help eliminate body fat?
Is there a diet I can go on that will help?
Is there a supplement I can use that will help?
