I've never taken a fat burner before but I had a few samples of this laying around so I decided to try it out.
Took 30 minutes before breakfast.
Was nauseated all throughout trying to eat and felt like puking. This wore off then when I'm in class my breathing was heavy, and I felt like the room was super cold. Teeth chattering, hands shaking to where I couldn't take notes and I literally couldn't stop moving so jittery.
Couple hours later now and I'm feeling alright, elevated heart rate is pretty much it.
Is this normal? I was really surprised at how this hit me because I'm very stim tolerant when it comes to preworkouts but this I felt like death for the first 2-3 hours but maybe it's because I've never taken a fat burner before.

sorry you didn't like the way you felt on it. For a beginning, using ANY fat burner at full dosage on an empty stomach is a big no-no. It takes time to get accustomed to many stimulant doses used in this industry.
Starting with 1/2 caplet after a light meal would make a world of difference.I got no strings to hold me down

Some times it takes time to adjust to thermos , sometimes some people shouldn't even take strong ones even half dosed ...
Idk the ingredients but if you can handle them all and wish to really try it do as the others have said ..take a lowr dosage until your tolerance adjusts...
Otherwise maybe fat burners/thermos aren't for you or at least the strong ones ?

OP, I am the same way. I am pretty sensitive to stimulants and I have to be careful to take them with food and adjust dosages accordingly
like you, dex XR is a bit strong for me to take empty stomach, so I always take mine with foodkeep it simple, keep it basic, keep it heavy

Yeah, sounds like you have your answer here. Sounds like normal reactions to me when you're tolerance is not built up. Cut the serving size and re-assess.

I haven't tried it, but I've heard a lot of people say they cut down the dosage in half.

I just got some trials of this stuff. Luckily I was warned to take half. I did yesterday and while I was surprised by the strength of it . I got brave today I took the whole pill on an empty stomach its effects lasted 8-9 hours and the first 2-3 were miserable lol. I have had body aches late in the day both days in a row. Maybe I'm just getting sick, is there any way that Dexaprine could cause body aches, all over?

Typical experience of being stimulant overloaded! Cut back to 1/2 a tab with a light snack. You will be wired, but feel much better

I ordered Dexaprine over a year ago and very happy to receive it, I took it the next morning after breakfast, only half as recommended to begin with. I experienced exactly the same side-effects and I ended up not working out that day coz I crashed and slept because that was the only thing I was able to do in order to wait and feel better again. My whole body was shaking and I couldn't hold anything with my hand, my teeth were jittery LOOL. Anyway, I tried it at least a few time more, all the time with the same side effect, even when taken 1/3rd of the caplet. The bottle of supplement is still with me, and its full. Long story short, I was reading news about a toxic drug that killed a man and found it may be closely related to dexaprine. It actually says this is called DMAA and Dexaprine.
I tried posting the link but it says my post count needs to be 50 so I will just give you the words you can google with and find the link yourself, its on the dailymail UK website. Search for DANNI TRIPP, 20, HEARTATTACK, DEXAPRINE, SLIMMING PILLS.
