how to teach the deadlift - high quality video series

This content is specific to coaches and personal trainers.

My favorite lift is the deadlift and I've been serious barbell training for about 18 months now. I've a personal trainer for 14 years. Working out big box globo gyms has someone gotten be to believe in all this balance training on the ball and cables were the thing. I wish I got into powerlifting sooner.

This video directed towards helping beginners lift better.

I'll keep this thread for this series here in case anyway one wants to post a critique of my video or post some ideas for me. I have a batch of 10 videos on how to teach and coach the deadlift, this is the first.

    Deadlift 573lbs August 2014
    Bench Press 305lbs (December 2013)
