    Smile Upper chest development after bulk pleased with results so far (Pictures)

    Okay, so after my most recent bulk I have seen some improvement in my upper chest (area I struggle with) I feel my chest has developed round the collar bone area which I have been focusing on a lot in my workouts!

    Let me know what you guys think.

    Any tips for further upper chest development would be good to hear..

    Good work, but which one is your before pic? Could judge better if you post a before and after... Incline BP, DB pullovers and flyes are the **** for upper chest development, simple and effective!

    Dates are in the picture attachments..

    1st pic 2013 is dated June

    2nd and 3rd are dated 2014 April

    Thanks for the comment mate and never tried Incline BP tbh might give it ago!

    Looking great so far man! What lifts are you doing for that, I'm lacking upper chest too. Right now I'm on 3 set of 6-8 incline bench, 3 set 6-8 incline dumbbell flys, cable crossover and diamond push ups

    Not bad! I've started doing sets of close grip incline bench on the Smith machine after I do heavy normal grip incline bench...really hits the upper inner fibers, I am loving it so far
