It looks like you did gain some quality mass, congratulations also for the much better body definition you acquired.
Besides the mirror I keep an eye on the scale fortnightly and get check body fat every month or so.►☣◄I do my best to give good advice. I would never spread bad info intentionally.

I'm thinking that I'm going to bulk for another month, then start a slow cut. The reason being, that I am on my last month of a 6-month course of accutane. This medication, being fat soluble, is more effectively absorbed with high-fat meals. I've been eating a higher fat diet since I started and I feel it helped my body with absorbtion. I'm a little concerned about cutting as I am following a Starting Strength routine and still getting results. Any advice?
