    Home gym

Do you have a home gym, work out at the gym, or both. What equipment do you have?

I found a sweet deal for a power rack with a lat pulldown attachment on craigslist. I am so excited to pick it up tomorrow! I will finally feel safe with heavier weights since I work out at home.

Don't have a home gym right now, but I will when the fiancé and I get married. My staples will be:
    1) Rogue Westside rig with pull-up bar attachment and close-grip pull-up bar attachment
    2) GHR
    3) bumper plates
    4) women's oly bar
    5) set of kettlebells
    6) adjustable bench
    7) safety bar
    8) Plyo box for box squats and box jumps

I cannot wait to have a home gym

I'd love to have a Plyo box. They are expensive though. I'm trying to talk my husband into making our own with FIL's help.

Have a complete home gym that took me about 5yrs to build up, go to a commercial place like once a week to lift but kept the membership for swimming and such. Home gym has:

    -sumo power rack
    -450lbs plates and 2 trees
    -oly bb
-Ironmaster dbs that go to 75s
    -bench that inclines
-mats, foam roller, bands, ez bar
-built a bp platform for my feet since IM bench is pretty tall
-built some small stands to put stuff on like chalk container, ipod dock
-2 huge mirrors from home depot, one smaller one
-couple random decorative things for lulz and badassness (giant Mortal Combat cutout guy and giant dinosaur haha)
-pegboard to hang up random stuff on (extension cords, straps, belts, bands)

***Would LOVE a glute ham raise
    Current PRs:
    Bench Press: 200x1
    Deads: 315x1
    Back Squats: 275x1

    That sounds amazing! Pics?

My home gym is still a work in progress, but getting there. After tomorrow, we will have:
-Parabody power rack with lat attachment and dip attachment
-Olympic barbell and a bunch of random plates
    -Dumbbells to 55 lbs
-bench press rack (crap...we need to sell it, but it did the job for awhile)
    - pull up bar ( we will have 2 now with the power rack)
    -EZ curl bar
    -resistance bands

We have a lot of mix and match stuff. Some of our dumbbells are hex and some are rubber. We've accumulated a lot of stuff over the years...DH used to work at Play It Again Sports in college. I used to hate working out at home, but now I'm starting to like it more and more. I need me a giant dinosaur and some sore decorative stuff.

I would be the happiest man on earth if I had a squat rack, bumper plates and powerlifting floors in my house.
I've been going to the same gym now since I first started bodybuilding and powerlifting, feels almost like home

I have a bench setup and free weights. I wouldn't mind a power tower for dips and pull-ups . But I have everything I need.

Pics. I have since added more dumbells. I have a set from 10 lbs to 45 lbs, so 9 sets total.
