Right now at 164 lbs at 17% body fat i think from about a year ago i was at 220 above 30% body fat. just wondering if you all on here think i should keep cutting or start to build muscle? Also the pictures are flexing of stomach not let out or whatever you want to call it but there wont be much of a difference i dont think. What i am thrown off about are my hips and the fat that is stored there.

I have stubborn fat just like you in my love handles... can't stand it, if I didn't have that, I would look good but I look fat because of those damn big ass love handles.
