    Exclamation Bulk or Cut?

    Right now at 164 lbs at 17% body fat i think from about a year ago i was at 220 above 30% body fat. just wondering if you all on here think i should keep cutting or start to build muscle? Also the pictures are flexing of stomach not let out or whatever you want to call it but there wont be much of a difference i dont think. What i am thrown off about are my hips and the fat that is stored there.

    Bulk until you have considerable lean mass on you and when your BF% is irritating you, do a cut.

    I have stubborn fat just like you in my love handles... can't stand it, if I didn't have that, I would look good but I look fat because of those damn big ass love handles.

    We have very similar body types bro and trust me go on a long bulk, build mass then cut. If you cut now you will probably not be happy.

    Lightbulb Gota question

    Would it be possssable to build muscle while doing bjj 3 times a week on and off?
    Or would lifting and bjj together be overtraining?

    I would suggest you to cut down to a legit 10-12% then bulk.
    Lower bodyfat = easier to put on lean mass, also easier to track gains. And you can bulk longer until your bodyfat gets too high.. yeah cut 1-2 months and then bulk.
