    Overall good supplements to take?

Just looking to fine what are actually good supplements to take. Nothing that when i stop taking it i will lose mass like creatine, or feel less pump like pre workout. i love my mass gaining whey, bcaa, fishoil, and vitamins. but anything else im missing in this? looking to bulk im at 165 gained 10 pounds with my prolab mass gainer.

You sound like you have a your head in the right place when it comes to supplements and nutrition, I assume. Some products I keep in the pantry.. contest prep as well as off season or now known as improvement season

100% Whey Protein Isolate - I am lactose intolerant. So this is a must if I want good digestion while using Whey Protein.
With all the things stimulating us these days.. sleep aids really help me get proper rest and recovery. I use 5-htp, Gaba and Melatonin. After we beat ourselves up... rest is pretty important. And with my schedule and lifestyle... I tend to have trouble getting deep sleep.

I understand your concern with not feeling the effects of certain products if you were to discontinue using them. But ever since I started using Glycofuse about 6 months for my intra workout carb drink.. My training, recovery and ability to train more often have really benefited.

Multi, fish oil, creatine, protein is all that I keep as staples. Some extra things like pre's just for fun from time to time.

I would add a Multi (Such as Orange Triad or Animal Pak) to the list as well.
Many people dont reach all the vitamins/minerals they need via their diet.

This... greens are an often overlooked but awesome staple stack addition, especially if you don't eat a lot of veggies.

First off its not a supplement I know but diet is crucial...numero uno...for supps tho I just stick with the basics...

    1. Multi animal pak, training peak, anavite, orange triad
    2. Fish oil
    3. Whey...cor whey, pronom, uf 2.0, super quad, isoflex
    4. Creatine
    5. Beta alanine

Those are my regulars...but it's all going to depend on your goals.
