Haiiiiiiii. I’ll be running a log for Ryno Power. I was sent a container of Recovery and Carbo-Fuel to try which I received on Thursday. I’m hoping to see some great recovery sustained energy from this stack. I’ll be using the Recovery and Carbo-Fuel during my workouts and my soccer games/practices. Thursday was Leg day. I took 3 caps of recovery pre, 2 scoops of Carbo-Fuel pre, and 3 caps of recovery post.
I did 3 sets of 12 reps each unless otherwise noted
I started off doing 45 minutes of cardio on the treadmill at an 11 incline%.
Leg press 130lbs x 3 sets
Standing leg curls 45lbs x 3 sets
Standing calf raises 160lbs x 3 sets
Walking barbell lunges 20lbs x 4 sets
Seated Leg extensions 60lbs x 2 sets, 65 x 1 set
Roman chair leg raises 25
Seated calf raises 50lbs x 3 sets
I finished up with a few minutes of stretching and foam rolling.

Yesterday I went snowboarding all day. I took 3 caps of Recovery in the morning, 3 in the afternoon and 3 when I got home. I also had 2 scoops of Carbo-Fuel before hitting the slopes. I had a great day. My legs felt sore today, especially since I had a soccer game this afternoon, but not as sore as I thought they'd be considering I did legs before going boarding on Friday.

Today I had a soccer game. We pulled out a 1-1 after trailing for the majority of the game so I was pretty stoked. I took 3 caps of Recovery in the morning, 3 in the early afternoon pre game and 3 when we finished. I also had 2 scoops of Carbo-Fuel before taking to the pitch. Tomorrow will be a rest day.

Yesterday was a rest day. I took 3 caps of Recovery 3 times throughout the day. Today was Back and Biceps. I took 3 caps of Recovery in the morning, 3 in the afternoon preworkout and 3 when I finished. I had 2 scoops of Carbo-Fuel before the gym as well.
I did 3 sets of 12 reps each set unless otherwise noted.
I started with 30 minutes on the treadmill at a 10% incline.
Standing biceps rope cable curls 30lbs x 3 sets
Wide grip lat pulldown 65lbs x 3 sets
Standing dumbbell curls 12lbs x 3 sets
Reverse pec dec 45lbs x 3 sets
Alternating hammer curls 10lbs x 3 sets
Hammer Strength Lat Pulls 35lbs x 3 sets
T-Bar Rows 50lbs x 3 sets
