First night using this supplement, just got done eating so my stomach is not really empty but I'm prepping for doing some late night pull ups and push ups since I'm not hitting the gym.
I might even manage to get in some sprints later on if I feel like I can keep it up.
There is the bag.
The product looks like big sugar granules but barely tastes like anything. Very interesting in that it mixes just like sugar.
I think it virtually can be mixed with ANYTHING....awesome.
Very full right now. I ate Chili's Chicken strips, only like 2 of them with lots of mashed potatoes.
Apparently something is not liking my stomach tonight. I have that strange something won't digest feeling.
Going to attempt to chug a PWO with the carb matrix and let my stomach empty....hopefully. I feel bloated as heck right now. I'll write an update later....
Friday, April 4th Start of log.
I had planned on doing a workout log. I managed 36 pushups starting the Promera challenge and felt sort of sick so I stopped. Have not felt better yet. No Naseua, but I feel like there is food right at the bottom of my throat...this blows.
Better luck tomorrow guys.

Feel a bit better now, but still have not eaten much today.
Woke up, ate 2 large eggs scrambled. Also took some weight gainer. I needed to recoup some calories since I wasn't eating solid food from the other night.
Then I ended up eating a cup of Dreaming Cow Yogurt. 121 calories 47 from fat. It's a whole milk grass fed yogurt. Was strange tasting, but not bad.
Still felt like I had a lump in my stomach though for most of the day. Just took some Carbo Fuel in some CreXel. I also threw in a tiny bit of Xtreme Shock (less than 1/4 scoop) just for flavor.
Going to try the push up challenge again and if that goes ok, I'll do some pull ups. Stay Tuned.Last Log : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165837041&p=1328019051#post1328019051

Messed up the push up challenge, skipped rep 4...LOL Still got the exact same amount if I add the 4 at the end I missed.
So...I'm stuck solid at the 12 marker for now.
Also finished off 100 pull ups. 4 sets of 25.
I don't think I'll be sore tomorrow from this but who knows. I did manage about 100 push ups total yesterday and 100 today.
Heading to bed... Peace out!Last Log : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165837041&p=1328019051#post1328019051

Tomorrow will be the test of how sore I am from tonight's workout.
I love how great the carbs mix in with ANYTHING. Had a lot of endurance in the gym vs normally. It only appears that
super hard stuff you can't do anyways is the products brick wall. Like the brick wall on my push up challenge. I simply run out of gas
no matter what.
However using the Carbs before the workout seems to buffer some lactic acid in my legs. I was able to push thru a bit longer than usual with my squats.Last Log : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165837041&p=1328019051#post1328019051

Took Motivation/Endurance stack about 5 minutes before working out and my workout was literally crazy. I don't know if it could be THIS or other factors.... I just felt like I could push my triceps to the limit tonight...was strange. I felt like I did have more endurance.
I didn't get to take the carbs tonight though. I wanted to test out the pills tonight. Next time I hit gym, I'm going to see if I have the same intensity without those pills.
I have a good baseline.Last Log : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165837041&p=1328019051#post1328019051

Had a great workout today. Will show the update workout soon.
I usually mix 2 scoops in with my Cell Kem so I'm adding in carbs with my intra workout. One for recovery and one for energy....Such a simple carb powder, mixes so great. Virtually tasteless....Last Log : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165837041&p=1328019051#post1328019051

I took Ryno with some post-workout juice. I think it really helped me recover. Good stuff. I really like that it has virtually no taste.Last Log : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165837041&p=1328019051#post1328019051

Well, folks. I really have to say that I'm at the end of the log officially. I took about a week off of doing any serious working out and stuck to push ups and pull ups.
In between that time I finished off the Ryno CarboFuel but forgot to officially end the log.
The product I wish I had the most would be the pre-race pack....although if I had to choose just 1 it would be the endurance alone since I can use many other pre-workouts if need be.
I really liked Carbo Fuel though as well. Helped me get through the recovery period after the workout. The initial soreness period seems to go by quicker.
I love that it didn't add much taste to my shakes. I barely could tell that I was using anything extra.Last Log : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165837041&p=1328019051#post1328019051
