Looking to lose fat all over, exspeically in my mid section, which was always been a problem area for years.
I'm looking to lose 20lbs, and I'm betting atleast 15 of it is just in my stomach, as i look a bit smaller everywhere else.
Ive been calorie counting (1200 cals) since january, and ive lost 15 lbs, but i know was just water and/or muscle
as i still see fat all over. I'm not expecting to loose a tummy completely because ive always had one, looking for effective
and PROVEN ways to shrink my stomach fat as much as I can..

What height/weight? Why do you think you only lost muscle/water?
There really is no way to target a specific area for fat loss. You just diet until you are lean. We all have are own crosses to bear (well, most of us) in terms of non-ideal fat-distribution. In order to lose my stomach completely, I have to get pretty dang ripped everywhere else, just the way it is.

Buy a shake weight, they work great at everything. haha
J/K, in all seriousness csb5731 right. It's all diet. I've lost over 25 lbs and can notice a little difference in my stomach but a huge difference in my face. People lose weight differently, it just depends on your body. We don't know your height and weight but 1200 calories seems way too low.The hardness of this world slowly grinds your dreams away.
