After trying the new Double Dry Hopped batch of Crooked Stave Vieille, I am sold haha. As far as exact level of extraction from the hops, it gets complicated (surface area, leaf v pellet, freshness of hops, total volume of beer, AA and BA %, etc), but I think it really can add layers and depth to aroma and flavor.Originally Posted by janky

Tried the Sierra Nevada IPA variety 12 pack. All of them were good, really liked their black IPA. More malty than a Stone SSR
