I need to develop a little more consistency around this. Currently, I am about 50/50 with either DH'n in the keg or the fermentor. To make it more confusing, I have been doing DH additions in the fermentor, and then adding more in the keg.
I've hopped in as little time as 3 days with great success though. I have DIPA going right now that will have DH on it for nearly 2 weeks though. I haven't noticed any veg. flavors from upwards of 2 weeks so Im not worried. I'll have to send some your way so you see what you think
edit: gonna DH that Fortunate Island clone for 3 days, crash and rack to keg. I anticipate bright hop flavors

A week is my standard time for dry hopping. I rack into a secondary carboy and then DH into it; it's worked out well for my APA and IPA.

A BCJP certified buddy of mine who works for Great Divide tastes all of our beers and gives us feedback, plus, today the guys I brew with submitted 5 of our beers for a local home brew competition. We're also getting started with a local home brew association chapter. All of those aspects are very technical/professional but its also good to let average joe try your stuff and simply say whether they like it or not.

lol... fukkin USPS. I've gotten plenty of boxes like that too bro :/ that's why I was nervous about shipping yours USPS, but I didn't have any normal boxes that were appropriately sized. Plus I figured fedex would charge the same, and take 5 days ground, so 3 day usps (so long as you pack the chit out of the box) for the same price seemed better

Grabbed some Velvet Merkin, DayTime, Pepper bottled 4/29, and a few other randoms at lunch. Nice to see DayTime making a year round appearance, although I think they should just make it a summer release. I don't really give a crap about session IPAs in December. Interested to know their thought process behind the release of this beer...
Aww loosen up. I took the first jab at fleshy. He survived.

That Peeper is pretty rough right now. Had one the other day and it was definitely too old. IDK why Maine beers all seem to fall off so fast. I've been waiting for Daytime for about 1.5 years to return. A bar had it on cask in the winter at some point and it was awesome.

If this one sucks after ~20 days, I'm SOL, since that's about as fresh as I've seen it. Where the eff is the date on Lagunitas beers? I only bought 1 Daytime, unaware they were doing a year round release, so I was going to try the 1 to see if it wasn't old as balls since I couldn't find any dating.
