Went and bought some today, the guy at target looked at me like I'm a fgt when I asked him about it, and everyone in the immediate vicinity when he repeated.. "COCONUT OIL HUH LIKE FOR YOUR FACE LIKE MOISTURIZER OR FOR COOKING??" I lawld and found it on my own. Sitting here with my face covered in it, oh and in my hair.

Like most new things I purchase I'm tempted to fap with it(beard trimmers, fish food, headphones, down comforter etc.)

Yes your pores are essentially mini versions of you.. they need food too you know. They eat the coconut oil with no regard for your macro goals. GL

Tried a small spoon full; tastes like ass. not the worst thing but still not amazing. will try cooking with it and will also put it on my face tonight as well.

Does anyone eat it straight? if so how much do you eat? ive been reading 1 tablespoon or 2 a day is sufficient.

It was weird at first but now I really like the taste. The thought of consuming straight oil kinda weirds me out still, but I love cooking ground beef in it.

I don't know why everyone says to heat it up for 10 mins/put in micro or other chit. It melts in like 5 seconds if you rub it on your hands/skin. I tried using coconut oil a couple weeks ago but I started to get rashes all over my body. I would leave it in my hair for about 20 mins and then take a shower but I'm thinking when I got finished showering and rubbed my hair on the towel and then on to my body the excess got on to my skin and maybe I'm allergic. phuck made my hair aesthetic too. Maybe ill try using a diff towel for hair/body. Anyone else get rashes from it?

wash your hair 2-4 times a week, conditioner only, and wear shower cap otherwise. 1ce or twice every 2 weeks apply coconut into hair (with few other products, youtube at home hair mask) leave for an hour min, to however long you want but wash it off before you go to bed or otherwise the smell will still linger on you till next day afternoon if you decide to wash in morning

get on accutane if you have any bit of serious acne, otherwise if your clear and clear use a tiny bit of this on your face before you go to bed and wash it off in the morning. real organic (true) coconut will have you smelling like coconuts if you use it as day time moisturizer.

if you tke any pills, like multis take em with a fatty acid and i use 2-4 spoons of coconut a day because of it

- Rinse mouth with Coconut oil/EVOO for snow white teeth

Accutane is more of a last-step acne treatment - there are some serious complications associated with it.

i stopped using the chit because it made my chest feel heavy immediately after eating, but the same thing happens to me when i eat avocados so i think i mightve been allergic to it.

besides all that, it was the best oil for cooking that ive ever used. no joke, when i used to cook w/ it, my food would always cook evenly and never burn. it's even better than a generous coating of pam.
