I pulled 425 a couple of months ago, and can probably get more now. The other day I could barely pull 275 doh without chalk. Just curious what the difference is for other people.

Heaviest double overhand was 295, same workout mixed was 335. Mixed I can hold about 200 pounds over my training dl in a static hold. For me DOH is not so much an issue with one rep, it becomes an issue with more reps like on stiff leg deadlifts. Sometimes have to reset for grip during the set after 3-4 reps. Chalk also really helps on the DOH reps. I think my grip is pretty good, but it depends on mental focus.

I can pull about 335 DOH and can probably pull about 540-550 mixed at the moment if I max. My grip strength sucks, but I've been working on it. When I see dudes pulling 405 DOH like nothing it makes me so jealous.

Worked up to 405 DOH yesterday and then switched to mixed.

when I prioritized grip early on I would go DOH on all my warmup sets and then go to mixed grip when I failed. I think I worked up to 495 DOH and at that time my max was in the low 600's. I now use DOH with straps on all my touch and go rep sets and then switch to mixed grip on maxes. My max now is in the 700's.
Stupid should be painful.
