Okay, so I am 6'4" and about 150 lbs and 20 Y.O. I know, thats pretty low for my height. I pretty much look like a twig, and "skinny fat". I would appreciate some eating guidance to bulk, preferably clean to try and gain lean mass with as little of fat gain as possible.. Former chubby chaser here so kinda afraid to gain a bunch of fat again. I think i may have messed up my metabolism quite a bit. anything helps guys haha. I've generally been consuming about 1,700 cals on average a day so what should i bump it up to? What should i eat? pretty new to all this ish so try not to dog on me tooo hard.. i lift 3-4 days a week, which ive come to realize that not eating enough is really getting me no where.. so please any insight? how many meals/cals per meal i should shovel down? and any suggestions of what to eat. anything lol

Theres a place called McDonalds. They have cheap food, I would look at maybe investing some money there. Eat anything and everything.

judging from your first post, you need to re-read the stickies. pay attention to TDEE (what it means and how you estimate it) and protein/fat macro minimums.
