Agreed, I can't figure out how it benefits him, as you've said, I think he doesn't even try for some reason because his ST doesn't have that issue.
I think he should go back to how he was hitting it before, a bit like Coleman.
Everything fits way better, more chest thickness, illusion of bigger arms and delts and less gut.

That ab&thigh is one of the best I've ever seen, so much muscle
This
Amazing
Z, I can't help but notice that you seem to wear the same pair of jeans/shirt and hat. Even your AV looks like you are wearing the exact same shirt. Its like you are that girl from sienfeld who has a full closet of the same dress

Repost, shmepost lol! The pics are appreciated just the same Z!
Also agreed lol. Though for me (I'm probably being too picky) it would be a more permanent solution to just work on that pose while controlling his stomach; but at the same time I have a feeling if it were that easy I'm sure he'd have done it by now. There might be an underlying problem that we don't know about.Kai Greene, Phil Heath, Cedric McMillan, Lionel Beyeke, Shawn Rhoden

BlackZ, you're missing about 11 pictures, there's about 24 in total, hehe.
Agreed, that's what I found weird.
Knowing how good of a poser Kai is, there must be an issue somewhere.
I think he needs to stretch out for his gut to disappear, if you noticed, he usually stretches out his midsection by tilting towards the backstage in his ST.
It's as if, regardless of what pose, if he tilts/crunches towards the stage, his gut will appear, he has to stretch his midsection towards the opposite direction...very weird.

thats definitely true.. it's a genetic thing, but it's growth hormone that is causing it to actually grow.. when I say genetic I mean, only some people are going to have whatever genetic flaw/issue it is to lead to this skull growing 'issue'.. we obviously all know that all ifbb pros are on silly amounts of GH, but if you'll notice not all of them have the skull growing issue.. a few quick ones who come to mind are Jose Raymond, Chris Cormier, and Kai.. my buddy Aaron Clark, who is my age, has this issue arising.. Big Ramy is another one.. just off the top of my head now that's all I can think of.. go compare early pics of them, to later ones and you will see exactly what Im talking about - it is mainly the forehead you need to look at for the dead giveaway.. above the eyes and over towards the end of the forehead you can look and it's like distinct lines you'll see (when the jaw is flexed or 'biting down' especially) Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, Steve Kuclo, and Flex Lewis are a few I can think of who DO NOT have the abnormally distinct skull growing issue, and these guys are definitely just as high with the dosing.. just saying its little to do with the dose.. and I think everything to do with the 'genetic' part if one is susceptible to the skull growing issue.. (oh and 'was' for Jay's dosing because while he's still running GH its definitely a significantly lower dose nowadays)
Im halfway asleep I know that post is probably rambled to sheeit and not to mention very bro-theory-ish lol but I swear I think Im right
guys here are the "lines" I'm talking about .. look on his forehead above the eyes, this is the giveaway that you have the issue.. go look, all the guys I mentioned have it when the jaw is flexed or biting down
