    muscle loss

I broke my jaw 3 weeks ago, got surgery and everthin already but I need to wait 3- 4 weeks till I recover cause lifting can mess up my jaw with all the movement. I'm 15 and max on bench was 190, squat was 310, deadlift was 335.

I noticed I lost muscle loss for not liftin 3 weeks, not a lot but some

How much strength will I lose as I go back. Will I bench like 30 pounds less? How quick does the muscle come back? Injuries sure do suck

When I have to skip 2 weeks, I find my lifts go down to 80%, but I get them back within 1 week. No matter what you should regain pretty quickly.
