    Cool Types of shakes

    I see people drink alot of shakes now me i only drink shakes for brotein and pre workout what other shakes are going to help me sculpt this bulky (because i have some meat on my bones <pretty much sugar coating im a little fat) to a beautiful meatcake

    Focus on keeping your nutrition in check, and if it isn't already then your first priority should be gaining a basic knowledge on nutrition.

    Obvi ik its 75 percent diet but i need all the extra help i can get with my nutrition since i dont control my dinners and lunch maybe i can get my nutrition from that

    Im 15 idk why it says 24 but yea my parents response to me trying to lose weight is oh well you can have this once in awhile about twice a week because they work and buy like subs and idk where we can get healthy food no one here has time to provide me with healthy food and idk where to find it to make it myself

    2. I don't know what the laws are where you live regarding the working age, but if you're old enough you might want to think about getting a job if you want to eat certain foods.
