I wanted to query some things I'm having trouble with.
In the past two months, I've made huge strength gains, 2.5kg per week per lift for some of them.
For example, my power-clean went from 45kg to 62.5kg in this time.
Now in the past two weeks, I've been dropping my original lifting weight, mid-lift, even though I've dropped to 2 workouts a week and started doing high rep - low weight exercises.
Any tips on how to speed up recovery? Or did I just overdo it, and I have to wait it out?
