I started the ICF 5x5 program in march. Im planning to end it in may then start doing splits. Ive seen a few muscle gains from the program but the majority is strength gains. What do you guys think?

Stop using strength program you started on when you hit at least 2/3/4 plate lifts (bench squat deadlift) respectively
RAW Powerlifting goals:
16-17 yr old 220lb weightclass
Current Deadlift: 500lb (Conventional)
State Record: 530lb
American Record: 611lb
Madcow 5x5 for 12 weeks, starting 2 weeks from now.

U r an idiot, also strength increase= muscle hypertrophy, u r not gonna notice it yet tho, why u ask????? ITS BEEN A ****ING MONTH...... horrible idea but whatever do what u want to
