    Im thinking of ending the ICF 5x5 program, what do you guys think?

    I started the ICF 5x5 program in march. Im planning to end it in may then start doing splits. Ive seen a few muscle gains from the program but the majority is strength gains. What do you guys think?

    You still arent very strong at all so I would either stay on ICF or go on starting strength or wendler 531 and get strong enough first before switching to bro split or PPL. Get to atleast 225-250lb bench for example.
