Im in CHina, asian man, I need to know how many times per month is good? I know normally too frequent will lead to no results to the body building, but we human being to some extend is animal, no one is gonna to admit we have such instinct, and we have such desire, but how to contral? I ve been training for more than 3 month 2hours/day , Hormone is supper more than b4, which drives me going a bit crazy, I want to control , and dont want to have too much sex during my training, and everytime, I always afraid that it ll have lots of bad effects to the body building, I need a scientific answer, thanks dude.
