Not sure if it was the high volume or the AgmaGen but my pump was out of this world. Almost painful lol - Probably a combination of both!

First time doing cardio this prep and I wanted to die. Typical.
Do you have access to a windgate bike?

I think the pump is from the high volume mostly.
You are not adapted to that yet...

I like that it and the cardio is kinda kicking your butt..It will help make a better you come show day.

    Shredded beyond belief!

    Modified windgates. (Spin bike)

Also, by doing no cardio in the offseason that is the first tool we can use versus lowering cals drastically

OMG WINGATES........ I loved them at the start of prep, but I'm not gonna lie they suck pretty hard right now........ Is that going to be your primary HIIT form or is Matt cool with you switching it up for things like parachute sprints, treadmill sprints, etc?

High reps squats are killer. Ever try a 20 rep set? Heart is pounding after that one.
