Going into this workout I thought it was going to be a piece of cake and then I had to do high rep DL and I died LOL
I honestly could have got 13 reps on all my sets of DL but sticking with the 8RPE this is where I landed today. I'll re-evaluate next session.
My hips and glutes are still tight as hell from the meet, but I'll be just fine

Dem high rep deadlift feels! When Jeff gave me me program at the start of prep and week 1 of the hyper days was a 13 rep goal I cried a bit haha. This past week 275 x 12, 12, 12, 12 was BRUTAL as well LOL, you do get used to it.......but it doesn't change the fat that it feels like cardio LOL
