    IF traing and macros?

I loomed through a lot of the stickies couldn't find the answer on my own so I'm asking for some advice. I currently am doing IF. My feeding time is from 12 noon til 8 pm. I train at 5:30 am. Obviously fasted. I consume 10 grams of BCAA's every 2 hours after I train. (Usually twice). So when I'm calculating my macros. Which I'm eatting 533 cals less than my weight maintenance cals. Should I try to factor in my calories burned while fasting and eat more that day? Or just go about the day as usual ? Hope this makes sense thanks in advance.
I don't do cardio..... The only thing I'm running after is the ice cream truck !!

As long as your week is consistent, treat your daily calorie values as more of an average over the week. that way your daily amount will include variation from day to day.

Not really sure what you're asking. As a blanket statement: Eat the same amount (roughly) everyday. Hit your target macros. Timing is not essential to your progress. BCAA's may or may not help, do not stress about them.

You should think about why you are doing IF. If it isn't for convenience, to which your post seems contrary, then ditch it. Also, two 'feedings' of BCAA starting Post workout wouldn't bring you to 12 oclock operating under the assumption that 10 grams of BCAA keep you 'non-catabolic' for 2 hours.

Don't use feeding times... Just skip breakfast, and go with the flow. You shouldn't complicate things unnecessarily.
