    Do I have enough muscle to cut?

    Do I have enough muscle to cut for the summer? I dirty bulked from 165 lbs to 190. I want to cut now to see my abs for the first time in my life. Any body fat estimation and advice would be great. Thanks!
    Arms 15.5 inch flexed
    Height 6 ft. Weight 190 lbs.
    Waist. 35 inch. Pics Included.

    I'd say ~20% and I'd cut and get back to 12% (flexed abs showing) and then lean bulk from there. 175 should see you close to 12%

    Do we loose arm size when we cut? I have already started cutting, just curious to know because I don't want to end up looking like skinny fat. What should be my deficit? 500? Should I aim higher than 1 lb per week? Sorry about too much questions here but I've never done cutting so. Thanks for you input btw. I appreciate that!

    We loose a little bit of arm size, but actually arm looks bigger without excess fat. If you cut slowly, you can maintain more muscles.
