    shoulder vein

    So I'm 240 lbs, decent strength, but regardless I'm fat , but not so much. I have a bulging shoulder vein. I was told fat ppl don't get vascularity until they slim down. I didn't have this vein before but I also used muscletechbuterol for 2 weeks. Is that why? Or has it been my intense everyday lifting paying off.
