I'm going to be a sophomore and I play guard and defensive end. I'm one of the smallest lineman on the team but I'm also probably the fastest. I don't really out power anyone I use more speed. I mainly want to gain some weight and strength primarily in my bench squats and deadlifts. Can someone give me a workout plan or a workout to do?? I currently bench around 170 and squat around 250.
