Took the last few days off from lifting to go turkey hunting. Called up a nice Tom for my father-in-law but he was just out of reach and then called numerous smaller birds.
My wife and I found out this week that our world is turning upside down.. We are having a girl!!!
Spent last night at BWW to watch the Thunder game and eat some wings
And now I'm eating a Bologna & brisket sandwich and Angel food cake

I normally use the lat pulldown machine but used the regular cables machine so the weights are different due to the angles. Using the cables hit my lats a lot harder.

We weren't home for even an hour and Landry falls off some monkey bars and broke his wrist.. Luckily no other damage so no surgery. Just a cast for 6 weeks. We painted it camo (obviously) yesterday
We also picked up our beef yesterday.. 330 lbs worth!
My brother snagged a couple of Thunder tickets to Tuesday's game so we went. Nosebleeds but it was my first playoff game to go to other than a Texas Rangers game. Pretty sweet

I've only been able to get to the gym sporadically the last couple of weeks..
Been busy getting the nursery ready and doing other house updates. I'm going to join a 24 hour gym on Monday so I'm more flexible on when I can go lift.
