Here we go!
A great big thank you to ProMera Sports for the opportunity to run my 4th log training on their awesome products. I am totally sold on ProMera products and they are, in fact, the only supps I use. I was going to sit this comp out, but it was kind of like being the kid that gets called inside early and sitting in the window watching all of your friends still having fun outside. So I said Pretty Please to ProMera and they said ok
A little about me ............. You will learn a whole lot about me during this log ............ For those of you who already know me, you can skip this part ............ I haven't changed that much since my last log a month ago ......... Well I'm down 4 pounds............but besides that ............. still the same ............ maybe
I am old (56)
But I have good genes ...... and even better jeans
I have brown eyes and blonde hair and I pay a lot of money for one of those
I started playing racquetball ........ actually I've played once..... well I hit the ball ...... chased the ball ....... didn't bust any lights out ........ or pee my pants with all that running ....... so I play racquetball
Monday through Friday I have to show up to this annoying thing called work. But afterwards I get to go to the most awesome place in the world .... the gym!
I work out at a big box gym mainly because it has an incredible amount of mirrors everywhere and I get to look at myself for an entire hour
I'm working with a coach right now. I've lost 4 pounds since I started with him ... which may not sound like much, but I am puny and 4 pounds shows on me ........ so goodbye to the 4 pounds of fulbbadubba that was hanging over my jeans....also goodbye to any and everything that tastes good hungry
I weighed in on Friday at 130. Once I hit 128 I'm buying a new pair of asstastic Lulu's and going on maintenance. That will happen during this log ....... I will share ........... along with the ginormous pizza I will be ordering
I plan to destroy my shoulders in the gym tomorrow ....
I can't wait to see my old friends in here and meet new ones!!! Whoot!

That girl was wearing me out! I had to go from Lulu's to workout booteh shorts to shoveling snow in my undies ............ then she pulled out her big gun ... thigh high socks! Not to mention she can lift like a beast! I think I spent about a zillion dollars on vitamins during that log just trying to keep up with that little dynamo!
