Wow hope things lighten up in your life. I am a night owl too so I know what you're talking about. You really are a very kind person bringing Dove Chocolates and PB candy to your fellow coworkers. Also the garden looks great. I have the great skill of killing plants if I take care of them.
Swooshie, Gene, you both have a great weekend.ProMera Sports GlutaBlast log:

Had a killer session last night. 5pm to 7pm and still could have did more.
4:15 2 scoops of ProMera Con-Cret and one heaper of Peak 400 mixed together! MMMMMMMMM tasty. I totally say they are meant to be together!
4:45 2 scoops of Pump Extrem
8 minutes on the treadmill for a run and my left need started to bother me. Think i did .7 miles so i went to punish myself more on the elliptical. That doesn't make my knee hurt so i guess its my new friend. I did another 30 minutes on that at various speeds. Not sure how many miles i did because the dam thing shut off on me 3/4 of the way thru.. Im quite sure i did at least 2.5 miles or more..
Did 10 pull-ups and DB front raises/ side raises with 20lb era for warm up and 20 push ups. Then i went into the locker room for my 20 minute flex session in the mirror.. Nothing out of the ordinary…

Thanks to my RAWSOME ProMera supplements for pushing me thru another great session. I am total on board for life. I maybe have two or three more sessions and all my stack will be done
Don't worry cause I'm going to continue to use ProMera supplements even if i have to buy them! They are 1000% the real deal. I don't think my old favorite C4 pre will ever compare to the Pump Extrem. I never even hit three scoops of the Pump Extrem and i don't think i will have to…
Have a wonderful day friends! TGIMMF!Pain is just weakness leaving the body!

Thanks, wool I could (do) spend hours in my garden! Plan to plant my organic veggie garden this weekend!
I've been yoga-ing
The puddle was water. I was putting water in just to get to the mechanics and it was pouring out pretty much as quickly as I was putting it in. It ended up they replaced a water pump and gasket. Plus I had them do an oil change and flush out and replace the transmission fluid. Runs so much better now! The transmission has been slipping, but whatever they did has made a world of difference in the way that old baby drives.
Well, the very first car I bought was a Mustang. I bought it right after I graduated from high school and was working in Washington DC. It was a 1975 and was white with a red interior. It was beautiful I sold it when I moved from the east coast to Colorado. I actually did try and find a picture of it, but I don't think I have one It was a beautiful car.
Awe thanks 365!
I don't eat Pizza very often ... maybe once a month if even that. When I do I only eat one slice. The other night we ordered a large chicken, bacon, artichoke heart, roma tomato, caramelized onion pizza ...... wow it was amazing! I ate two piecesCaring about what people think of you is useless. Thanks Mei! I should get it soon i hope! I keep hurting myself tho. Friday i did a lot of cardio and then leg presses. On my 4th set of presses i had on 380lbs and when i came down to my sweat position, i heard a pop. I thin i may have cracked my rib on the left side. It didn't hurt much when i stopped and did more elliptical, but the next day and now it hurts when i do certain movements… FML! I can seriously NEVER win! My back is like new again and now i cracked or did something to my rib. To top that off, Saturday i had a follow up Dr. appt for my knee and to have a biopsy on a small mole on my back. Turned out to be a huge procedure to remove the mole and now i have 2 stitches inside, and 4 out side in the middle of my shoulder blades near my spine… another FML!! LOL. Currently i am a walking train wreck! Im taking off till Thursday to heal up some. Wed I'm going to get X rays on my ribs to see whats going in there. I will be doing cardio like a mofo until i heal up. Sad, sad, sad i tell ya. Always something. I guess I'm getting old….

5:15pm i had my Peak 400 and 2 scoops of Con-Cret mixed. Mmmmm tasty stuff. 5:45pm i had my Pump Extrem 2 scoop sensation to get the ball rollin'
session was from 6pm to 8pm mainly cardio.
Fridays session:
Sauna 15 minutes
1 mile / 13 minutes on the tread mill at various speeds.
Elliptical machine for 30 minutes. I didn't check the mileage but i burned 260 calories.
Pull ups 10,10,10 with full pause at the bottoms.
Push ups - 20,20
Seated leg pull backs
20
20
14 w/10 plate
10 w/10 plate
Leg Presses with 45 plates
10@4 plates
10@4 plates
10@6 plates
8@8 plates
2@10 plates and crunched my ribs… back to the basics and way less weight.
Elliptical machine for another mile cross country session for 15 minutes!
It was a good sweat it out session even tho it doesn't look like much on paper. I guess i will be doing more of these till my ribs heals pup… It may be a good thing…
