Arnold and Sly are my favorites from the 80s and overall my favorite two action stars. But Sly is NOWHERE near Arnold in the physique department.

The only thing he has him on is conditioning. He is crazy with that, but he is one awkwardly built man. No chest and general lack of pop. Crazy conditioning.

Ronnie Coleman weiged 296 at 5 11 and with much better conditioning.THAT is huge.
ps.Muscle memory is a myth, he just has good genetics and puts on size easily no matter the age.Muscle memory LOL broscience at its best

Sly's build is very similar with Plitt's .No chest , no pop but shredded to the bone

he was actually pretty big in "we were soldiers" maybe it had something to do with the military training regimen he did at the time of that movie..

i actually think that picture is post pec tear. he tore his pec while doing some weight training during the filming of rocky 2. that is why he fought right handed instead of left in that movie.
