"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I don't get it man. Put them up against John Lannan, Chris Capuano or Barry Zito or any various guy getting his first big league start, and they won't do shiit.
Put them up against proven guys like Cliff Lee, Johan Santana (prime), Gio, Strasburg, Hamels, etc., and they go off.Braves-Gators-Falcons-GT

The Mets were absolutely cringeworthy today. 3 wild pitches, 4 home runs allowed, 4 doubles allowed, 3 triples allowed and 2 caught stealing.
6-6, if we can stay .500 until the end of May when Hamilton and our bullpen arms come back, we should be good for the first half of the season (especially compared to the past two years of being 10 games below .500 by the end of May).

Can any of the MLB statisticians explain why the O's offense is so sluggish with the power numbers down so much, and if it will get better? 26th/27th in the MLB in HRs after being #1 in the bigs by a large margin last year, didn't lose any power in the off-season, and added Nelson Cruz
