No one gives a fuk, period. But the picture is funny, which is why I posted it.

The vast majority of pitchers use something, but pine tar is full on potato because of how easy it is to spot. Even in high school I saw plenty of kids spraying their forearm with a sticky substance. Obviously the Sox didn't care because they didn't say anything, it's pretty much an unspoken rule that pitchers can use something other than rosin. Fuk even Buchholz was obviously using something.

even this early, it's becoming very apparent the Nationals additions to their bullpen this offseason weren't enough. I think when teams start falling out of contention they're going to gun hard for a stud reliever. Including Giolito would allow us to trade for pretty much any guy we want. Not sure I'd want to throw that chip in for a reliever, though.. even when it's undoubtedly the biggest (and only significant) weakness.

Storen has always had nasty stuff, but he's perma-fukked mentally from that meltdown against the Cards. he throws 1 or 2 hangers an outting and usually they get obliterated.
