Hey guys, I need help on shaping my body. Right now my body is shaped like an X (hour glass figure --> profile pic) and it seems like i have protruding hips. I am not sure if i have big hips or a small waist which makes my hips look relatively big. My waist is 72cm in circumference. I need some advice is shaping my body into more of a V shape.

Work on improving your core, better core/obliques/wide back can help.
I was stuck with wide hips and narrow waist when I first lost the weight, improving core helped a lot.
