    need advice on workout

    hi everybody im training for 2 years and i figure it out that training with super sets and intensitiy give me great motivationation i want to ask u guyz something : i need to bulk more im already 68 kg with 170 cm and 17 % BF should change my working set like out of super sets or not ?

    You can throw in super-sets whenever you want but try not to use them with large compound movements because it with inhibit you from lifting strong in those exercises, which are the most important
