    Yes, weigh everything.
It is the most reliable method.
    Spoons/cups/etc are always out.

The scale isn't just more accurate than measuring cups/spooons--it's also much easier to use (you don't have to dirty any extra utensiles, for one!), especially for baking. Most European recipes give quantities in grams anyhow. It's a lot more accurate.

Anyway, yes, I use a scale.

Unless going out to eat, then yes. Easier, faster, and more accurate than measuring utensils. Don't let it control you, though.

Yes I weight everything, Since buying a scale a few months ago I haven't touched a measuring since (except to scoop stuff onto my scale) not only do you know exactly what your eating but like stated above recipes I.e. Oats rice and any kind of baking come out much better when exact amounts are used

Weighing out food on a digital food scale is amazing for accuracy. I never realized how off I was by guesstimating until I starting doing this.

Absolutely. I realized 20 years ago that it was just plain dumb to bust my hump in the gym all the time but then leave the most important aspect to making progress--my nutrition--to guesswork.

I weigh food cut or bulk to make sure I'm hitting my macors but on a bulk I'm not as strict because I don't need to be.

I went through a period when I weighed everything for about six months, until I eventually felt like I could eyeball portion sizes for my most common foods within an acceptable margin of error. Now the only times I weigh food are when following a recipe (much more accurate than volume), and every once in a while I'll track my diet for a few days to make sure I'm inside of my tolerances.
