    Overtraining

Am I over-training back? My entire forearm muscles including my brachioradialis is intensely sore as a result of my past back workout. Here are my excercises:

    -Barbel Rows 3 sets
-Lat pull downs wide-grip 3 sets
    -Vertical rows 3 sets
    -Pulldown machine 3 sets
    -Row Machine 3 sets
    -Seated rows 3 sets
    -dumbell rows 3 sets
-cable pullovers for back 3 sets
sometimes I also do T-BAR rows

Going almost to failure on each.

How could I amend this back workout? Please share your back workouts if possible for my measly reps

you don't need to do so many exercises that are practically doing the same movement pattern multiple times.

Just pick 3-5 exercises that hit all areas of the back, some vertical pulling, some horizontal pulling, some single arm work. Or if you like doing lots of different exercises, split what you do now into 2 workouts (but always focus on progressive overload)
