Glycergrow (unopened) 4 months expired,can I use it?

I have an unopened can of Glycergrow expired december 2013,and also some GMS expired roughly the same time(coincidence).


Would it be ok to use?




Was stored in a cool place.

It depends how you stored but some are good for years after the expiration date. Not sure about GMS specifically

The best case scenario is it will still be good and you'll get a pump. Worst case, maybe you get an upset stomach. Most likely, you'll feel nothing. I'd try it out

I treat supp like food product expiration. If it is expired, I throw it away. If I open it up. I try to consume it in a reasonable time.

So my last supp purchase was in early November. Looking at a few products now; Phase 8: MAY 31 2015, MET RX UltraMyosin: Oct 31, 2014, Ans Ritual: May 2016.

So the lowest expiry date I have was 1 year from the point of purchase on a 5 pound tub of whey. All others were 2-3 years. They sure are tricking me into using this stuff quickly

Don't know if it helps but I opened a tub 4 months before expiry date and finished it 6 months after the date.

My friend just buy 4 expired tubs for 9$ each!! I was pissed! Some brick and mortar store.
