Really solid and plenty of cuts at 226 .... looking great
Have you cut back to get to 226 or have you had a long recomp and what are your lifts now?

Thanks brother. Long recomp. Never bulked or cut too hard just took my time. I have been as low as 199. And I did slowly bulk up to a bit over 230 and I'm on my way down.

I've been a powerlifter. Cared more about lifts than looks for a while until recently.

Recent numbers - 425 bench, 635 dead, 500 squat. All raw, no belt.
