Hey guys, here's four years of progress...obviously talking about the last 3 pics. Strength is at it's peak and I've never been this lean before at 226lbs morning weight. Hard work paying off. I have a ******** page, feel free to check it out. I've been trying to post helpful diet and training information.

Thanks brother. Long recomp. Never bulked or cut too hard just took my time. I have been as low as 199. And I did slowly bulk up to a bit over 230 and I'm on my way down.
I've been a powerlifter. Cared more about lifts than looks for a while until recently.
Recent numbers - 425 bench, 635 dead, 500 squat. All raw, no belt.https://www.********.com/leanmuscled
