if you want to take lifting seriously get a real belt. look at inzer forever 10mm prong simple belt that does the job great

All good man. I just started using a belt for squats after 18 years lol
I got the 13mm forever lever. Love it and it's not even broke in yet.
Prolly be good with 10mm though.275 Raw

The Sheik brand are a very good brand and will last along time but the model you have shown is really just a training belt, you will find for deadlifting it will dig in and become a little uncomfortable,
